Our Mindfulness Package is designed to optimize performance and well-being through mindfulness techniques. This structured program includes educational, experiential, and debriefing phases, with clients using the Mindfulness Journaling Workbook throughout their journey. The package is customized to your specific needs but emphasizes mindfulness practices for stress reduction, mental clarity, and performance enhancement.
If you lose the journal during the process, you may need to replace it at an additional cost, depending on where you are in the program.
