Sport psychology is the scientific study of how psychology influences sport performance and participation. Interventions address optimal athletic performance and the overall well-being of the athlete. The physical part of sport or performance is only part of the picture. The mental side puts you over the edge. To integrate the mental side, skills incorporated include reducing and better managing stress, increasing concentration, learning strategies to perform under pressure, increasing consistency, enhancing overall performance, injury rehabilitation, and reducing performance anxiety.
Goal setting, improving focus and concentration, imagery, overcoming obstacles, dealing with adversity, increasing confidence, mental toughness, in the zone optimal performance, performance anxiety and stage fright, inconsistency and performance break downs, letting go of mistakes, managing intensity and stress, preventing burnout and being persistent, procrastination control, managing pressures, adjusting and transitioning to new challenges or roles, mindfulness and meditation, relaxation, self-talk, motivation, acceptance, routines, emotional management, communication, and leadership.

In this case, I will do my diligence to refer you to the appropriate services. Sometimes, these services can be added in combination with performance training.
We offer a free first consultation. After that, the typical pay rate is $225 per 45-60 minute session. However, pay also depends on the person and situation. The length of the session might also change based on necessity. Packages are also available at $1,000 for five sessions or $1,800 for ten sessions. That is only $180 per session. We encourage packages rather than one-time sessions because mental skills training takes time and consistent practice.
We designed this new package to teach Mindfulness, a popular and effective treatment for overall well-being, and optimize performance. Clients will receive our new product, "Mindfulness Journaling Workbook," to utilize throughout this journey. In comparison to the standard package, the Mindfulness package is structured and systemized to follow the phases of the Mindfulness Journaling Workbook, including Educational, Experiential, and Debriefing.
Although there is an emphasis on Mindfulness, we still customize it to tailor to the client's needs. If the client loses the Journal, depending on where they are in their journey, they may need to replace it by purchasing it on their own to continue with this package.
