My Journey
Sport has always been more than a pastime for me—it was a foundation for resilience, discipline, and purpose.
Over time, I saw how much mental and emotional health influenced not just performance, but overall well-being. That insight led me to build a career combining sport psychology and clinical work to support both performance and the whole person.

Drawing from my background as an athlete and clinician, I have developed a passion for helping people confront challenges, heal from trauma, and unlock their potential. My therapeutic approach is:
